Physical delivery will be done according to Dubai Good Delivery (DGD) Standards and London Good Delivery (LGD) Standards. Online customer can buy gold, silver, platinum and palladium from our Online Bullion Store and request physical delivery by choosing the option at the time of checkout.
Platform user have option of physical redemption on platform. Open buy positions can be converted into physical gold, silver, platinum or palladium bar or coins, by redeem option. All or part of open buy position can be used for physical delivery of gold or other bullion, making/certificate charges will be applicable depending on brand and size of bullion bar.
Delivery for outside customer can be managed through renowned courier companies. Delivery charges will be as per agreement between customer and GoldTrade. All transactions of precious metals are subject to the laws and regulations of the Department of Economic and Tourism of the Dubai Government and Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC).
